Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. To ensure I can continue providing excellent service to all of my clients, I kindly ask for your understanding regarding my cancellation and no-show policy:
* Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
* No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Future bookings will not be available until the charge is paid in full.
* If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule to ensure I stay on track for the day.
* Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
I value your time and ask that you value mine. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.
